How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle subscription management link in your purchase receipt email. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us at contact@dikto.ai or contact Paddle directly through your receipt. See our Refund Policy for details.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen in the Dikto app. You'll receive a password reset link by email.
The dictation isn't working
Make sure you have an active internet connection and that your microphone permissions are enabled for Dikto in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. If the issue persists, contact us.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at contact@dikto.ai with your account email address and we will process your account deletion within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.
